6. Revisions and Modifications

• Digigur offers a specified number of revisions as part of each service package. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
• Any modifications requested after final approval of work will be charged at the current hourly rate or as agreed upon in writing.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Digigur reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or any other justified reason.

8. Liability

• Digigur will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Digigur’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Clients must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for any third-party materials provided to Digigur for use in their projects.

10. Governing Law
